Walk-ins are welcome for most service work. For complex repairs or warranty claims, calling ahead to confirm parts availability and technician scheduling is recommended. Same-day turnaround is possible for simple tune-ups and rebuilds.
Bring your marker, your proof of purchase, and any documentation that came with your warranty registration. For Planet Eclipse and Tippmann authorized service, we handle the warranty claim process directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Call us and describe the marker and the issue — our techs have broad experience across the industry and can often help. We'll be upfront if the repair falls outside our capability so you're never left guessing.
Call the shop to check current availability. We work with local hydro testing partners and can advise on turnaround times and where to send tanks that are due for testing.
We carry GI Sportz and Valken paintballs for field use. Paint sold in the shop must be used on Jaegers fields — outside paint is not permitted on the field. Ask our staff about current paint grades available for walk-on and private group play.
Yes. All privately-owned markers must pass our chrono check (max 280 fps) before field use. Semi-auto only — no full-auto or ramping modes. Jaegers-approved paint must be used regardless of marker. Our shop staff can chrono your marker before play.
