Walk-ins are welcome on open play days, but we strongly recommend calling ahead or booking online — especially on weekends and holidays. Private group events (birthday parties, bachelor parties, corporate outings) always require advance booking. We cap group sizes to ensure every session gets proper staffing and field access.

Players must be at least 10 years old for paintball and airsoft. Laser tag is open to younger players — ask us about current age minimums when you book. All players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at check-in to sign the liability waiver. Pre-signed online waivers are accepted, but the guardian must still check in in person.

Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty — the cave floor is limestone and paintball splatter is part of the experience. Long sleeves and pants are highly recommended to reduce sting and protect your skin. Closed-toe shoes with good grip are required; sandals, flip-flops, and open-toe shoes are not allowed on any field. The cave stays a consistent cool temperature year-round (around 60°F), so a light layer under your gear is a good idea even in summer.

All essential equipment is provided with your session — markers, masks, and paintballs are included in the standard package. You are welcome to bring your own marker; it must pass our on-site chrono check (maximum 280 fps) before field use. Privately-owned paint is not permitted on Jaegers fields — all paint must be purchased from us. Ask about gear upgrade options if you want a higher-performance rental setup.

Jaegers operates inside a real limestone mine — not a themed building or an artificial tunnel. The cave was formed naturally over thousands of years, runs 100 feet below the surface, and maintains a constant cool temperature regardless of the weather outside. The rock formations, natural chambers, and underground environment create a playing experience that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world. There is literally nowhere else on Earth you can play paintball in a real cave.
